The only issue is the tone and attitude. Always sounded condescending or making you feel like they are superior and they are doing you a favor so they have a right to be like that with attitude. Even had others that were dealing with loan specialist on my loan say the same thing. That his tone and the way he said things made them feel like they knew nothing about this process and that they felt belittled and didn't like the tone. Came of jerkish. But otherwise the highlights were the communication and always staying in contact and the promptness. We appreciate the help and knowledge but could develop and improve on people skills and mirroring their prospect and treating the customer as a equal since they are paying for the services. Not like they need to just deal because he's doing them a favor.
