Rachel made the buying process simple, and easy. She explained the process, made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything I was looking at or signing, and kept me informed as to what was going on. She was always eager to help, and answered promptly. Following up with me making sure I didn't forget anything important I had to do. She did all the heavy lifting, and told me all the options, and what one would get me the best deal. She got me in touch with people for other parts of the home buying process eg.buying home owners insurance, finding an inspector, and closing title company. I do not have enough good words for her work ethic. She said just because you're in a house I'm still here to help you in any way I can.

I can't say enough good things about Rachel! As first time home buyers, she educated us every step of the way and was always available to answer questions or walk through different options. She made us feel as comfortable as possible with the volatile market and ensured we received the best rate to achieve our goals. Rachel is wonderful at her job, but an even more wonderful person. She is SO kind, joyful, and reliable. What stood out to me the most compared to other lenders was her intentionally to build a long-lasting relationship with us beyond the home buying process. As a first time homebuyer who already gets stressed out by money, I was nervous to begin this process. Rachel was everything I could have ever asked for in a lender! She educated me, answered all my questions, always followed up and followed through, intentional, encouraging, and available day or night! I work opposite shift and she worked with my schedule and made me feel heard and valued! She is an incredible person and lender. So thankful for such a smooth process! Couldn’t have done it without her!!

Above and beyond impressed with Scott Miller and his team. As first time home buyers, we certainly needed a little extra support.
