My wife and I were going to refi with an online company. My wife was not super comfortable not being able to talk to someone locally, which I agreed. I am so glad that we asked around before we took that path. Mud was on top of everything as was his staff. His communication was fantastic. I would not hesitate to refer him to someone wanting to refinance. So we did just that. Friends of our were going to move forward with a refinance as well and they could not have been happier.
